Waste not, Want not – the Horse Poo Dilemma

Horse owners are constantly inundated with the solid bodily waste of their equine friends. Many see this as a nuisance and cost, but with some sound knowledge it can instead be turned around to become a wholesome resource to keep on the property.
With the application of a few simple principles, learn how to convert this lowly feedstock into a valuable resource used to enhance soil health. And of course a healthy soil will grow healthy plants to feed healthy animals!
Soil Health and Composting specialist Gerhard Grasser of AgriSolutions will guide you through the basic principles and demonstrate them so that you can adapt this learning to your lifestyle and available resources.
