Organic Vegie/Fruit growers Disc Group – Timbarra Farm – Don Valley

You are invited to attend the next organic vegie/fruit growers discussion group at Timbarra Farm.
Helen and Chris Brock run Timbarra Farm after purchasing it in 2010. Perched on the side of a hill amid soaring mountain ash in the Don Valley, near Healesville their 20ha farm is at the end of a 1km winding road through tree ferns and forest.
Their aim for self sufficiency soon grew into a market garden producing a wide range of vegetables which are grown for the chefs they service. They also grow a range of fruits and berries.
In addition to their vegetables and fruit, they also grow pasture raised meat chickens (non-organic) which are supplied to local chefs.
This will be a really interesting afternoon and all welcome!

Travel 8km up Don Rd. Cross narrow bridge & then the bitumen ends. Take first driveway on left after the bridge. I will have a sign on the main road, but keep following all Timbarra signs once you are on the long shared driveway!
