Organic Vegie/Fruit Growers Disc Group – Lunar cycles

All farmers welcome to attend our next organic growers discussion group. Our focus will be on ‘Farming in tune with the Lunar Cycle’.
As COVID restrictions continue to prevent us from meeting physically on farm, we will meet ‘on-line’ for this discussion!
Richard Nankin and Rosemary Cousin run Grand Ridge Organics in the Strzelecki Ranges. They grow certified organic fruit and nut trees, fresh produce including vegetables, garlic, chillies and tomatoes, and organic flowers. They also hand-make a range of delicious certified organic jams, marmalades, pickles and preserves using their own produce. They are informed and inspired by knowledge and practices from permaculture and biodynamics.
Richard and Rosemary will share their experience with planting, germination and weeding following the lunar cycles.
