This event is an opportunity for small to medium sized farmers, new and old, to come together to be inspired for the future.
Hosted by Tamsin Carvan (Tamsin’s Table and ABC Gippsland), the event will feature a series of short, lively and colourful presentations by a mix of producers and food entrepreneurs.
A networking lunch will be followed by a range of big group discussions, led by farming, food business and training leaders, covering direct marketing, community food enterprises, getting into farming and production issues. Ongoing conversations welcome until 3pm.
What to expect:
It will be a valuable opportunity for established producers looking to diversify, innovate and connect with new marketing opportunities. New growers will benefit from the deep experience and frank insights from a fascinating group of successful and innovative farmers from a broad range of enterprises.
Presentations will be followed by delicious seasonal lunch, with facilitated group discussions until 1.30pm (informal networking opportunity until 3:00pm).
