All farmers are welcome to attend this workshop focusing on carbon on farms! DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS THIS WILL BE NOW HELD VIA ZOOM
Our guest speaker Richard Eckard (Professor of Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Melbourne) will talk about;
• Carbon on farms – types of carbon, farm carbon cycles, benefits of carbon
• Measuring and monitoring carbon
• How farmers can increase soil organic matter and carbon
We’ll also hear from a local dairy farmer about some practices they’re trialing to build soil carbon, soil function and farm productivity.

Time: 10:20-10:25am please login early so we can start on time as there is a large attendance and we wont be able to assist individuals with technical problems
