Sustainable Farming Disc Group – Ellinbank

The next WPCLN Sustainable Farming Discussion Group will be held at Peter & Wendy Wallace’s Family farm.
The Wallace family commenced farming on Elderslie in 1886. The farm is still predominantly run as a dairy farm but
has also diversified by producing eggs and garlic as well. Elderslie was certified organic in 2005. The focus of the day will be on organic systems including soil & animal health, fertilisers and pastures.
An interesting morning is assured!
