Organic Vegie/fruit growers – lunch and discussion group

All farmers are invited to our next organic vegie/fruitgrowers discussion group at the Baw Baw Food Hub in Warragul. We will share a yummy lunch (provided) and then have a discussion focusing on what does it take to run a successful organic farm!
We are priviliged to have Joyce Wilkie from (Allsun Farm & SAGE), Mikey Densham (2021 Nuffield scholar) & Lynda Hoare from Baw Baw Food Hub join us for an interactive group discussion.
We will talk about what does it take to run a successful organic farm! Topics may include; managing labour, direct marketing, resilience through extreme weather and other disruptions, as well as opportunities for collaboration between farms & networks through shared use of labour, tools, machinery and other resources.
This will be a great chance to get together with other experienced and beginning organic growers.
Where: Baw Baw Food Hub, 156 Queen St, Warragul (You can park out the back)
