Please join us for the first discussion day of 2017, at Alistair and Susan Young’s property in Cape Schank. We will be hearing about the new sheep tagging system being rolled out, including some information on available grants to purchase the tags. The day will also include a farm walk to discuss some of the things Alistair and Susan have been doing at their property, including:
Farm diversification: extensive new farm layout and subdivision fencing
Pasture improvement under the biosolids project and pasture production trials
Beef and sheep enterprises, including the value of lupins as a feed supplement for sheep
