Jindivick Landcare Group AGM

The Jindivick Landcare Group will be holding their Annual General Meeting at Kydd Parke Reserve on Jacksons Track in Jindivick on 18th October.
Guest Speaker: DAMIEN ADCOCK – ‘AGRONOMIST, FARMER & PLANT BREEDER’
Damien is a local Soil Scientist with a particular interest in soil health, pastures, plant nutrition and agronomy. Before joining Murray Goulburn Trading in his current role as an agronomist, Damien was a lecturer in Plant and Soil Sciences and has also worked as a soil scientist and consultant in Victoria remediating and rehabilitating contaminated soil sites and undertaking soil health risk assessments. Damien has also worked on beef and sheep properties in north-east Victoria, dairy farms in Gippsland and was a plant breeder producing vegetable seeds with the Snowy River Cooperative in East Gippsland.
After a brief AGM Damien will talk & answer questions about soils, pastures & weeds.
