A Day on the Farm – Prom Country Cheese!

On Wednesday 18th Jan, you are invited to Bronwyn & Burke’s farm at Moyarra to spend a few hours relaxing in great company, learning about farming while sharing delicious local food.
This event is geared towards the family and includes supper made with local produce! Prom Country Cheese is owned and run by the Brandon family from our fertile farm in the beautiful hills of South Gippsland. Here our focus is producing sheep milk for cheesemaking in the small cheese rooms in the paddock above the dairy. We are involved in the entire process from growing the pastures, to breeding and milking, handcrafting the cheese, then proudly presenting the final products to you.
So much to learn and experience. This family friendly event is only $6 per person and that includes supper. This is a wonderful opportunity to teach our kids about where food comes from.
